In an annual tradition, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow during the annual Groundhog Day on Feb. 2 in central Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro dared PETA to "come and take" Punxsutawney Phil, the state's famed groundhog.
